Information we use
Pipkin AI uses your name, email, password hash, rental requests, assigned machine and username, billing records, renewal choices, and support messages to operate LoginMini. Verification and password-reset links expire after one hour. Passwords are stored as hashes. We do not store your machine password, private SSH keys, full card number, or card security code in the website database.
Website requests may produce IP addresses and access logs needed for security and operations. Rate limiting uses a hash derived from the request address. Machine health checks record machine identity, SSH reachability, timestamps, and connection latency; they do not inspect your files, screen, or keystrokes.
How we use and share it
We use this information for account access, fulfillment, billing, support, fraud prevention, and service notices. Availability alerts are sent only after email confirmation and include an unsubscribe link. We do not sell or rent personal information or use it for unrelated advertising.
Our hosting and email providers process data needed to deliver their services. When payments are enabled, Stripe processes payment details and returns transaction, customer, and subscription references. Read Stripe's privacy information. Website, email, and payment processing may occur outside your country; rental hardware is located in Delaware, US.
Cookies, access, and retention
We use an essential login/security cookie with a 12-hour session lifetime. The site does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Authorized operators access customer records only as needed for service, security, or legal obligations. Support access to your machine is coordinated with you; we do not routinely browse customer files or record screens or keystrokes.
We retain account and support records while needed to provide the service and address outstanding issues. Billing records may be retained where accounting or legal obligations require it. Machine-health history is kept for seven days. Expired verification records and short-lived rate-limit records are cleared during routine maintenance. We review account deletion requests separately from financial records that must be retained.
We remember your language in a host-only preference cookie for up to one year, and in your account for service emails.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from availability alerts and turn off rental renewal without opting out of essential account notices. To request access, correction, deletion, or information about processing, contact help@loginmini.com. We verify the requester's identity and respond subject to applicable law. Do not send passwords, private keys, or unnecessary identification documents.
